The two-story, 7,515-square-foot building serves as an office and warehouse facility. Designed using American Building Co.’s rigid frame metal building system with interior columns, the building has an expandable end wall to quadruple the building length in the future. American Buildings also supplied its Architectural III metal wall panels in Light Bronze and aluminum-coated Standing Seam 360 metal roof panels. Additional exterior finishes include EIFS and masonry, and an arched front entry canopy system that the design-builder also incorporated in. These features, along with the metal building, provided a cost-efficient and aesthetically appealing building that exceeds the owner’s needs.
