Due to a population boom within the district, Lakeview Elementary School needed to expand. As a result, eight extra classrooms designed by Horner & Associates were added, bringing function, technology and innovation to the students. Topping off the new roof area is 61,318 square feet of 24-gauge Dutch Seam (MRD150) roof panels in Regal Blue from ATAS International Inc.

A metal fascia was created from 2,400 square feet of 24-gauge Design Wall Panels (DWF120) in Regal Blue. The soffits are 7,015 square feet of 0.32- inch aluminum Wind-Lok Soffits (MPS120) and 1,878 square feet of 0.32-inch aluminum Wind-Lok Soffits (MPV120), both in Bone White.
