Dallenbach Cole Architecture designed the exterior of Life Storage Inc. A metal building system and patchwork pattern of light and dark gray metal panels.
To complete the four-story, 122,340-square-foot building with a basement, Superior Metal Services (SMS) Co. furnished and erected a metal building system with a 42-foot, 8-inch eave.
SMS rollformed its full-length SSQ 275 metal roof panels in Solar White on-site. The roof is insulated with an R-30 long tab banding insulation system supplied by Service Partners. At the walls, SMS installed MBCI’s PBD corrugated metal wall panels in Slate Gray and Tundra. Walls are insulated with batts and rigid board insulation, supplied by Service Partners.
