Three buildings were used to construct a shop and residential building at Lochloosa Creek Farms LLC. The 5,920-square-foot building comprises a 50-footwide by 80-foot-long by 18-foot-tall partially enclosed pole barn and two 12-foot-wide by 80-foot-long by 12-foot-tall partially enclosed lean-tos. It was built with 6-inch, 16-gauge red oxide steel Zpurlins, eave struts and wall girts. Features include 16 skylights, two windows, a walkthrough door and two 14-foot-square framed openings.
The project used 26-gauge Galvalume PBR metal roof panels, 26-gauge metal wall panels in Akzo Nobel Inc.’s Barn Red coating and 26-gauge metal trim in Akzo Nobel’s White coating. Reed’s Metals supplied the panels.
