Approximately 45,000 square feet of McElroy Metal’s 24-gauge Maxima 216 metal roof panels in Surrey Beige Kynar was installed on the Lower Richland Alcohol and Drug Rehab Center. Metal roofing was specified for its long-term life cycle benefits and its recyclability for LEED credits. The Lower Richland Alcohol and Drug Rehab Center is one of 33 county alcohol and drug abuse authorities recognized by South Carolina to serve the state’s 46 counties.
