The farm machine shop and office building utilized a Gabled Clear Span building system from Behlen Building Systems. The 8,416-square-foot (782-m2) building features 6,400 square feet (595 m2) of shop space and 2,016 square feet (187 m2) of office space. The shop is 80 by 80 feet (24 by 24 m) with 22 1/2-foot (7-m) eave heights, while the office is 56 by 36 by 12 1/2 feet (17 by 11 by 4 m).

The exterior walls are made from Behlen’s ADP-1 panels and brick, and the roof system is Behlen’s ADP-1 panels. The farm shop has a 45-foot (14-m) overhead crane and a 40- by 20-foot (12- by 6-m) door from Hydroswing Inc., in addition to floor heat, air conditioning, a full bath and an expandable endwall for 80 by 120 feet (24 by 37 m) of additional storage. The office features a full kitchen, conference room, lounge, full bath, floor heat, and Knotty Cherry 3070 doors and trim work.
