The McKenzie Court project includes two phases and is a revitalization of an existing community center. Phase One includes construction of a multipurpose space, a branch library, classrooms and renovation of an existing gymnasium. Phase Two will include 144 multifamily housing units. The project utilized 3,500 square feet (325 m2) of RHEINZINK America Inc.’s 22-gauge, 0.03-inch (0.8-mm) Preweathered Blue Gray Diamond Tiles.
