On the 134,200-square-foot building, against an earth-tone backdrop of masonry walls, Classic Industries LP built modern-looking walls and an overhang with Arconic Architectural Products LLC’s Reynobond metal composite material (MCM) in Melissa Independent School District’s Cardinal Red. The project also used McElroy Metal’s metal roof panels, rake trim, gutters and downspouts in Slate Grey, and Green Span Profiles LP’s insulated metal panels (IMPs) in Regal White.

Harrison, Walker and Harper LLC erected a 77,000-square-foot metal building system to create columnfree space in Melissa Championship Center sports complex. Nets, cages and platforms descend from the ceiling for a variety of activities including baseball, football, golf, soccer and band. On the right side, a 58,100-square-foot, loadbearing structural steel portion of the building houses locker rooms, sports injury rehabilitation office, theater classrooms, training rooms, treatment area, VIP meeting areas, weight room and wrestling area.
