The Museum of Transportation was completed in June 2012. The 11,643-square-foot building features metal wall panels from McElroy Metal, as well as a Single Slope/Rigid Frame pre-engineered metal building system with Loc Seam roof panels manufactured by American Buildings Co. The museum features more than 70 trains, as well as various automobiles and other vehicles. J.E. Foster Building Co. was the general contractor; Fastrack Erectors was the erector; and Fox Architects served as the project architect. Structural Systems II Inc. was the American Buildings Co. builder.
