Located in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas Art District, the project embodies the sophisticated and contemporary Newport aesthetic. The high-rise tower features 168 condominium units, six stories of secure/enclosed parking, 5,800 square feet (539 m2) of retail space and an amenities deck. Each condominium is designed in an urban “renovated loft” style and features spectacular views of the Las Vegas skyline. The amenities dock includes a swimming pool, spa, gym, running track and promenade.
CENTRIA supplied 19,591 square feet (1,820 m2) of its 20-gauge EcoScreen 3/4-inch (19-mm) Econolap perforated screenwall with curving and a stainless-steel finish to help control light and air flow in its parking garage. Fabricated with a 40 percent open area, EcoScreen created a translucent partition for the six levels of elevated parking over the ground floor, lobby area and retail spaces of the facility.
The EcoScreen enabled the design teams to blend the project’s industrial and other functional elements seamlessly with the surrounding environment and community. EcoScreen is also Cradle to Cradle Gold certified, and is made with 100 percent renewable energy, cutting down on greenhouse gas emissions.
