Gray, vertical, stepped metal wall panels create a textured façade on OLE Health’s Napa Valley Vintners South Napa Campus facility. Rua and Son Mechanical Inc. installed Dri-Design’s aluminum panels in Sherwin-Williams Coil Coatings’ Fluropon 70% PVDF Charcoal Smudge architectural extrusion coating, finished by Linetec. The gray panels contrast in color with other exterior cladding in light brown and terra cotta colors.
OLE Health’s Napa Valley Vintners South Napa Campus building is a three-story, 29,000-square-foot facility. It houses 18 patient exam rooms, nine dental chairs, full optometry services, health education classrooms, a teaching kitchen, and consultation rooms for integrated behavioral health, nursing, nutrition and clinical pharmacy services. Additionally, there are self-check-in kiosks and it is a wireless building. Outside, there’s a garden.
