The owner, Melody Olsen, was looking for a longlasting roof that would really stand out for the penthouse that is located on top of the historic Penn Hotel in downtown Monroe. The project utilized approximately 2,500 square feet of Medallion Lok metal panels in Colonial Red from McElroy Metal. Being 10-plus floors off the ground, the job posed unique installation problems.
