The exterior features a contrast of masonry and metal panel construction in earth-toned hues to complement the environment.

Bristol Engineered Metals LLC installed Berridge Manufacturing Co.’s 24-gauge Galvalume Cee-Lock standing seam roof panel system with 16 1/2-inch coverage in Buckskin at raised hip roof areas at the stair and entry towers.

At the main wall portions of the building, Bristol Engineered Metals installed a mixture of Berridge Manufacturing’s 24-gauge Galvalume HR-16, HS-8 and HS-12 horizontal panel systems in Zinc-cote and Champagne. Additionally, it installed Berridge Manufacturing’s vented FW-12 panels for soffits.

Terrance Wright, AIA, is principal at Wright Group Architects Planners. “The mitered corner panels provided an elegant solution to maintain the horizontal design concept,” Wright says.

The 46,610-square-foot Salude facility has 64 private rooms and bathrooms and a 3,000-squarefoot rehabilitation area. It was completed in July 2014.
