Storage Etc., San Diego

Built in the hub of downtown San Diego, the facility is located off the 5 freeway between Old Town and the San Diego International Airport, giving it great visibility with a constant flow of traffic.

The first floor of this 95,000-square-foot (8,826-m2) facility has a block exterior with two floors of metal above. McElroy Metal supplied all structural members and panels for the project, including a 24-gauge Galvalume standing-seam Mirage roof.

The exterior metal siding consisted of 26-gauge Multi-Rib panels in Patina Green, Regal Blue and Light Stone.
