Ultimate Storage, Fayetteville, N.C.

The 90,000-square-foot (8,361-m2), state-of-the-art three-story self-storage facility was built using a metal building from BETCO Inc. The project features 66,850 square feet (6,210 m2) of leasable space in 581 units. There are 538 climate controlled units located on the top two floors, and 43 non-climate controlled units on the first floor, with roll-up doors to an exterior parking lot.

The exterior of the building features painted split-faced masonry block, with stucco portions. The interior self-storage units are structural steel construction, including metal roll-up doors and hallway systems. The first floor includes a 1,500-square-foot (139-m2) manager’s office, offering supply and packing materials, in addition to a conference room and model unit. Additionally, there are two interior elevators with keypads to prevent unauthorized people from accessing the top two floors. The facility also includes a sprinkler system, security system, and music and intercom systems.
