The 103,000-square-foot (9,569-m2) self storage facility features seven buildings and was completed in September 2009. The project used MBCI’s 24-gauge Galvalume panels for the roof; 26-gauge Signature 300 PBU in Light Stone for the wall; and 26-gauge Galvalume PBU for the interior partitions.
