Completed in November 2009, this office and retail space features a metal building and roof from Robertson Building Systems. The 30,125-square-foot (2,799-m2) building is 82 to 86 feet (25 to 26 m) wide by 360 feet (110 m) long with a 25-foot (8-m) eave height. The 24-gauge Galvalume standing-seam roof with a 0:12 roof slope. The project also features masonry block and stone tile. The combination of pre-engineered and conventional construction, including the multiple colored stucco, with stone columns, stone façade and a glass front, make for an attractive facility that was cost efficient and saved construction time.
