The 38,613-square-foot, three building project for the beverage distribution company was started in July 2009 and completed in January 2010. The facility consists of a large gabled warehouse, a
gabled office and a truck garage. The office building attaches to the endwall of the warehouse building and the truck garage sits adjacent to the sidewall of the warehouse, sharing the same roof plane. Interior columns were utilized in the warehouse and office for clearance and lighter frames.
A longitudinal partition wall was also designed for the warehouse at 78 feet from the sidewall.

In addition to a metal building system, Star Building Systems provided roof and wall panels
for the project. The office exterior has a masonry wainscot with EIFS above that was applied over
Star Building System’s DuraRib metal wall panel in Galvalume. The EIFS matches the StarMark metal
wall panels in Almond from Star Buildings used on the warehouse and truck garage. Arched casement windows are wood frame aluminum clad with low-E glass for energy savings. Slimline canopies and gabled overhands with a 3-foot projection encompass the roof perimeter of the buildings. Star also provided its StarMark panel in Medium Bronze as the soffit panel and its StarShield metal roof panels in Medium Bronze for the project.
