LS3P Associates Ltd. designed Grace Church with a metal building system and 30.48-m (100-ft) tall custom cross structure with a radius roof. The 4,412.89-m2 (47,500-sf) church houses a sanctuary with stadium seating for 1,664 people, as well as classrooms and offices.
To complete the project, MTD Erectors Inc. erected a metal building system with a partial mezzanine from American Buildings. On walls, MTD installed American Buildings’ Architectural III single-skin, corrugated metal wall panels in three colors: Dark Bronze, Pearl Grey, and Slate Grey.
