Lyon Metal Roofing Inc. Lyon Metal Roofing’s Snow Guard Snow Guard is made of 0.055-galvanized steel, is powder coated and available in 22 colors. Snow Guards are installed with butyl tape, which makes a waterproof seal. |

S-5! S-5!’s ColorGard snow retention system has nonpenetrating clamps and utilizes a strip of roof material to ensure a color-match for the roof life. ColorGards have undergone hundreds of load-to-failure tests with a variety of roof profiles.

Sno Shield Sno Shield’s Rib Guard utilizes the strength of two structural cleats designed into the product against the opposing force of two stainless steel set screws that pinch the snow guard to the rib without penetrating the panel. Rib Guards are made from virgingrade, ultraviolet-stabilized polycarbonate, which can be covered with Color Armor to match the roof. They offer a similar design and broad span as the Panel Guard with the additional ability to attach to the ribs of standing seam metal roofs.
