Malco Products SBC, based in Annandale, Minn., announced that Marc Kermisch, chief digital and information officer at CNH Industrial, based in Oak Brook, Ill., joined its board of directors.
Kermisch has more than 25 years of experience at a variety of American companies where he led corporate IT functions, drove technology strategy and architecture, and enabled e-commerce platforms. Kermisch will be instrumental in advising Malco on how best to leverage its technology investments to deliver value and improve customers’ digital journeys, according to a statement from Malco.
“We are honored to welcome [Kermisch] to the Malco board,” says Malco president and CEO Rich Benninghoff. “[Kermisch’s] focus and deep experience in driving operational efficiencies and building strong partnerships will be invaluable to Malco as we implement new technologies that allow us to better serve our partners and customers as we continue to grow our business.”
