MFM Building Products Corp., based in Coshocton, Ohio, has broken ground on a warehouse expansion project, with plans for more expansion in 2025.

MFM operates facilities at two sites in Coshocton: a corporate campus and manufacturing plant at 525 Orange St., and a warehouse at 425 Brewer Lane, where the 3,066 m2 (33,000 sf) expansion is occurring.

A new building will adjoin the existing facility, which houses finished products. The new building will have inventory space for raw materials. The expansion will also free up space in the company’s manufacturing facility for an addition of production lines in 2025.

MFM president Tony Reis says, “The new warehouse space is essential for the continued growth of MFM in maintaining an ample supply of raw materials to meet our customer’s needs, as well as provide us with the needed space for the new production lines coming next year. As an [employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)] company, our employee-owners are excited to see MFM continue to grow.”
