Elastomeric Roofing Systems, Inc. (ERSystems), Rockford, Minn., announced that Tim Leonard has been elected the President of the Kansas City, Mo.-based Reflective Roof Coatings Institute (RRCI). Leonard believes that the RRCI has an important mission and provides the roofing industry an invaluable service. He is excited to work with the membership to provide industry relevance and help the RRCI continue grow.
