Sealtite Building Fasteners announces management realignment. Joe A. Hargis, founder of the company, will become the Chairman/CEO and Bruce Crouch will take the reigns as President and Chief Operating Officer. “Mr. Hargis is going to spend more of his time on several other business endeavors, but he will continue to lead the company in direction and strategic planning,” reports Crouch. “I will take more responsibly for Sealtite’s day to day operations.”
