ATAS employee achieves LEED AP (May 2009)

Allentown, Pa.-based ATAS International Inc.’s Ohio Valley Territory Sales Manager Dave Weidl has received the certification of LEED AP from the U.S. Green Building Council, Washington, D.C. Weidl’s career spans more than 20 years in the metal construction industry. Weidl said: “This new certification will be one more way to help solve the challenges that come up in each and every project. The more we empower every part of the construction team in understanding the choices available and their impact from the start of a project, the better off it should be in the final outcome to support long term environmental initiatives. Green building isn’t going away—it will just keep getting greener.”
