NCI Building Systems, Inc. announced that the Department of Justice Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission have granted early termination of the waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act in connection with the company’s previously announced acquisition of Metl-Span, LLC for $145 million in cash. NCI expects to close the transaction by the end of June 2012.
