NRCA elects 2013-14 officers and directors

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) announced its 2013-14 slate of officers and directors at its 126th Annual Convention held Feb. 3-7 in San Antonio.

Nelson R. Braddy Jr., president and chief executive officer (CEO) of King of Texas Roofing Co. LP, Grand Prairie, Texas, was elected president, and Richard Nugent, CEO of Nations Roof LLC, Lithia Springs, Ga., was elected senior vice president. Scott Baxter, vice president of CRS of Monroe Inc., Monroe, N.C.; Robert Kulp, owner of Kulp’s of Stratford LLC, Stratford, Wis.; and Lindy Ryan, Southeast regional managing president of Tecta America Southeast LLC, Sanford, Fla., were elected vice presidents.

Additionally, the following were elected as directors:

  • Tim Blue, president of Blue’s Roofing Co., Milpitas, Calif.
  • Don Kennedy, president of Don Kennedy Roofing Co. Inc., Nashville, Tenn.
  • James Patterson, senior vice president-procurement for CentiMark Corp., Canonsburg, Pa.
  • Dennis Conway, principal and vice president of Commercial Roofers Inc., Las Vegas
  • Kevin Krolczyk, president of Mint Roofing, Long Lake, Minn.
  • Tim Rainey, president of Supreme Roofing Systems, Dallas
  • Chris Fry, vice president of Fry Roofing Inc., San Antonio
  • Aaron Martin, president of DRI Cos., Irvine, Calif.
