The National Roofing Legal Resource Center (NRLRC), a legal resource for roofing contractors formed by the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), has released “Contract Provisions, Volume III, the third volume of 20 formal legal contract provisions in an easy-to-use format that roofing contractors can insert directly into their contracts, helping them save money in attorney drafting fees.
The contract provisions, written by attorneys and compiled by NRLRC, come with plain-language explanations. Contract provision topics discussed in this volume include compensation for delay, confidentiality of financial data, dispute resolution, interest and collection costs in the event of nonpayment, outstanding disputed claims and change orders, and warranty terms.

The National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) will hold eight business management webinars beginning in November. By participating in the webinars, roofing contractors will be able to expand current business practices and learn new ideas that can immediately be implemented into their companies. The webinars are available individually or can be purchased as a package at a discounted price.
