Latite Roofing and Sheet Metal (Latite), a Florida-based provider of roofing services to both commercial and residential customers, has announced a strategic combination with Roof Management, Inc. (RMI), a full-service commercial roofing company headquartered in Atlanta.
Since its founding in 1992, RMI has worked with commercial and industrial clients across a wide range of end markets. According to a press release, the company is “known for its expertise in complex, custom roofing projects, including data centers and other technically demanding installations, and has earned a strong reputation for superior craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.”

In December 2024, an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc. (Sun Capital) acquired Latite and now adds RMI to its ranks.
