The Roofing Alliance announces Finalist and Honorable Mentions for 2025-26 MVP Awards

The Roofing Alliance has announced the finalists and honorable mention recipients for the 2025-26 Most Valuable Player (MVP) Awards. The winners for Outstanding Performance and Leadership, Outstanding Community Involvement, and the recipient of Professional Roofing’s Best of the Best will be announced during the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) Industry Awards and Reception on January 21, 2026, at the International Roofing Expo in Las Vegas.

Through the MVP Award program, the Roofing Alliance honors leadership in the field. Roofing contractors nominate field roofing workers, foremen, or superintendents. Distributors and supplier firms nominate warehouse employees, warehouse foremen, drivers, or equipment operators. Individuals can be nominated for their outstanding performance, leadership, or community involvement.  Since the program’s inception more than 20 years ago, 806 employees have been nominated, and 300 winners and finalists have been recognized.

The 2025-26 MVP Award Finalists include:

  • Devon Battles, superintendent, CentiMark Corp., Pelham, Ala.
  • Bobby Falls, warehouse employee, Davco Roofing and Sheet Metal LLC, Charlotte, N.C.
  • Armando Landeros Solis, superintendent, Commercial Roofers Inc., Las Vegas
  • Ariel Lemus, foreman, Wagner Roofing Company, Hyattsville, Md.
  • Kenny Rodriguez, warehouse foreman, OMG Building Products LLC, Agawam, Mass.
  • Zach Webb, field worker, Gunner Roofing, Stamford, Conn.

The 2025-26 MVP Honorable Mention Recipients include: 

  • In memory of Huber “Hawk” Glenn, superintendent, Advanced Roofing Inc., Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
  • Jaime Montantes, warehouse foreman, KPost Roofing and Waterproofing, Dallas
  • Randy Phillips, superintendent, S.G. Young Contracting, LLC, Covington, Va.
  • Craig Salvini, warehouse employee, OMG Building Products LLC, Agawam, Mich.
  • Jeff Williams, superintendent, Bliss Roofing, Clackamas, Ore.

Best of the Best Award 

MVP award recipients also vie for the title of Professional Roofing’s Best of the Best.

The coveted title of Best of the Best comes with a special prize and the added distinction of being featured in a comprehensive article within Professional Roofing magazine. This exclusive spotlight acknowledges the winner’s exceptional contributions and also provides a platform to share their insights, expertise and success story.
