Dynamic Fastener’s Stainless Cap Heads are 300 series stainless caps mechanically formed around carbon steel fasteners. Stainless Cap Heads are available for multiple fasteners including Pole Barn Screws, T-1 stitch screws, T-3 metal to metal screws, T-5 screws for structural steel and oversized tapping screws. Screw bodies have Dyna-Coat 1,000-hour salt spray coating.
Levi's Building Components
Levi’s ProZSD self-drilling screws have zinc aluminum alloy caps that do not cause red rust. They also have EPDM washer heads to reduce overdriving. The fasteners are designed to fit securely, form a weathertight seal and withstand installation conditions. ProZSD self-drilling screws are offered in #3, #5 and stitch drill points. They are compatible with all panel finishes.

ST Fastening Systems
ST Fastening Systems’ ZXL SteelBinder has an engineered drill point that penetrates 26-gauge Galvalume panels with no point walking. It also penetrates multiple thicknesses of 14-gauge purlins. The ZXL SteelBinder’s Zamac zinc-aluminum alloy molded head provides more pullover strength than traditional bonded sealing washers. Its ZXL head and washer skirt combination will not red rust and carries a warranty equal to that of the metal panel. The fastener’s undercut head allows for an EPDM washer to fit snugly in the head.

Triangle Fastener’s line of 304 stainless steel bi-metal drill screws have heads and threads made of 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance and ductility. The fasteners have hardened carbon steel drill points welded to stainless steel bodies. They drill and tap steel to 1/2-inch thick. The 304 stainless steel bi-metal drill screws attach aluminum, stainless steel, insulated metal panels and in applications when ductility is needed in connections. They are available in #12 and 1/4-inch diameters, and in lengths to 12 inches. Head styles include hex washer head, pancake head and button head.
