All Weather Insulated Panels All Weather Insulated Panels’ MV40-T insulated metal panels (IMPs) provide a retro T1-11 scored wood appearance in exterior wall applications. MV40-T IMPs feature a scarfed-and-scored wood appearance and are available in four matte finish colors. The IMPs are comprised of 26-gauge galvanized steel facings and may be produced 40 inches wide, to 40 feet in length. Hidden fastener tongue-and-groove joinery allows for alignment and sealant application. MV40-T IMPs are designed to provide R-16 to R-32 values, depending on core thickness. |

Mapes Panels LLC Mapes Panels’ Mapes-R+ infill panels are available with a formed exterior design, MapeShape, and combine Mapes-R+’s R-value with a formed face. Mapes-R+ panels for storefront and curtainwall applications can be used in glazing pockets as small as 1/4-inch for retrofit applications. Overall thicknesses to 4 1/4 inches are available. |

MBCI MBCI’s CF Architectural/Horizontal Insulated Metal Panels feature stucco- embossed exterior and interior skins, and interior Light Mesa pattern skins. Panels in multiple widths and colors may be mixed on the same wall. Aluminum extrusions and accessories are available to complete the horizontal wall system. |

Southern Aluminum Finishing Co. Inc. Southern Aluminum Finishing’s Insul SAF M5000 Insulated Spandrel Pans are designed for saving energy in opaque glazing areas of exterior building envelopes. The galvanized steel wall panels have mineral wool secured by resistance-welded pins. The panels are attached to cladding framework with standard mechanical fasteners. Mineral wool insulation in the spandrel pans can withstand temperatures more than 2,000 F, is moisture resistant, provides acoustical noise damping and qualifies for LEED credits. Insul SAF M5000 Insulated Spandrel Pans can fit openings with various shapes and depths. |
