Berridge Manufacturing Co.

Berridge’s Tee-Lock standing seam system has a 2 3/8-inch-high seam and provides 18-inch-wide coverage. It is produced in steel or aluminum, and can be used over solid sheathing or open framing. Tee-Lock panels are available from the factory and can be formed on-site with the Berridge TP-24 Roll Former and mechanically seamed using the Tee-Lock Panel Seamer.

BETCO Inc.

BETCO’s 316 standing seam roof system has 3-inch-high ribs. The structural panels are 16 inches wide and produced in 24-gauge steel. There are two secondary tension ribs per panel. The 316 panels come with a 25-year warranty for non-painted panels and 40-year warranty for pre-painted panels.

Fabral Inc.

Fabral’s Stand ‘N Seam standing seam roof system has double-lock seamed side joints. It may be used on roofs with a minimum 1/2:12 slope. The panels have a factory-applied sealant and can be produced in the factory or formed on-site. Substrate options include 0.032- and 0.04-inch-thick aluminum, 24- and 22-gauge steel, and copper. Factory formed panels have a 47-foot maximum length and 6-foot minimum length.

Lyon Metal Roofing Inc.

Lyon’s Trapezoid Roof Panels are mechanically seamed with seam sealant on-site. The standing seam system requires a minimum slope of 1/4-inch per foot. The panels come in 18-inch and 24-inch widths, and a variety of colors and finishes are offered.

McElroy Metal

McElroy’s Meridian standing seam roof system has snap-together panels installed without clips. The panels are attached to roof decks with pancake head fasteners on roofs with a minimum 3:12 slope. Meridian standing seam panels are 16- and 12-inches wide, with striations or minor ribs, in Sherwin-Williams’ Fluropon PVDF coatings.

Petersen Aluminum Corp.

Petersen’s T250 metal roof panel features a nominal 2.65-inch seam height above roof decks. It is produced in 16- and 18-inch widths, in multiple gauges of steel and aluminum. The T250 can be specified with a traditional intermittent fastening clip or continuous clip fastening system for open-framing scenarios where extra strength is required.
