Alcoa Architectural Products’ Reynobond NC coil-coated double sheet aluminum panels are composed of two coil-coated 1/16-inch aluminum sheets bonded together. Reynobond NC panels may be formed into a radius, welded and fabricated into cassettes using rout-and-return or folding techniques. They may be bent or milled with sharp edges and thin angles, and installed with screws, rivets, hidden fixation systems or the same installation systems used for Reynobond aluminum composite material, providing the ability to mix products.
