Morin offers its metal wall panels including the Matrix Series with perforations. Perforations come in five standard patterns, as well as custom patterns. The panels are produced in aluminum, stainless steel, Corten and Galvalume. Individual panels can have multiple patterns. The perforated panels can be used for sunscreens, sound reduction, ventilation and security.
Móz Designs
Móz Designs offers its perforated aluminum columns in many standard finishes, as well as custom finishes. Column styles include round, square, oval and racetrack, and they are used for interior and exterior applications. Round columns are available in diameters from 16 inches to 70 inches, and oval columns are available to 48 inches by 90 inches. Racetrack columns can be as large as 36 inches by 81 inches, and square columns from 12 inches to 60 inches. Optional features include vertical butt joints, horizontal/vertical open reveals, and recessed base/capital.
New Metals Inc.
New Metals’ Louver Mesh is an expanded metal with a variety of applications including security barriers and perimeter fences. Louver Mesh is produced framed or frameless in multiple materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and galvanized steel. A range of options are available in standard sheet dimensions, opening sizes, gauges and powder-coating colors. Additionally, the panelized architectural system can be used for pre-fabricated façades, screenwalls and pre-formed ceiling panels.
Wallner Expac Inc.
Wallner Expac Fiesta pattern of decorative expanded metal is customizable with opening sizes from 1/4-inch to 3 inches. It is fabricated from aluminum, copper, steel and other metals, in small rolls for job-site portability, and sheets for large applications. Fiesta pattern expanded metal offered in a variety post-manufacturing paints and coatings. Applications include door and window screens, ceiling diffuser grilles, gates and fencing, and solar panel skirting. Additional decorative patterns include Mini Fiesta (small openings) and Fiesta Grand (large openings).
