CRL-U.S. Aluminum
CRL-U.S. Aluminum’s Monterey Bi-Folding Glass Door System has top-hung sliding glass doors with stainless steel components. Compensating channels and adjustable spacers ensure a level installation and precise sightlines. The Monterey Bi-Folding Glass Door System has two-point lever latches and optional three-point keyed locks. The thermally broken model is available with 1-inch- or 1 1/4-inch-thick insulating glass.
Hi-Fold Door Corp.
Hi-Fold Door’s high-clearance bi-fold doors have all steel construction. They are manufactured with openings to 70 feet wide and 20 feet high. Options include automatic locking/unlocking, radio remote control, walkthrough doors, windows and high-speed hydraulic operation. To match building conditions, users supply exterior cladding and insulation.
Midland Door Solutions
Midland Door Solutions’ bi-fold doors have heavy-gauge steel tubing and a truss system that are jig welded for durability. A single-latch system with a safety switch comes standard. Once closed, users can easily secure the door with one latch in the center. With an optional automatic latch, the bi-fold doors can be opened by a button push.
Nana Wall Systems Inc. (NanaWall)
NanaWall’s NanaWall WA67 folding glass wall system mounts extruded aluminum cladding to a solid wood core with a spacer bar to secure the materials together. This allows for different expansion rates between materials to avoid cracking for durability. Inward or outward opening door panels are also offered.
Overhead Door Corp.
Overhead Door’s RapidShield Model 998 and RapidView Model 999 doors operate to 80 inches per second. RapidShield Model 998 has a solid, dual-walled aluminum curtain. RapidView Model 999 is a full-view door with scratch-resistant, transparent, polycarbonate panels. The doors come with static and operational pressure ratings.
Para-Port Door LLC
Para-Port Door offers custom bottom roll fabric doors with PVC curtains. The material is translucent and illuminates the building. The standard curtain color is white, other colors can be used, but white is best for illumination. Sizes vary based on door opening requirements.
Schweiss Doors
Schweiss Doors’ hydraulic doors feature heavy-duty hinges that distribute the weight of the doorframe evenly across the sub-frame header to give the door stability in all positions. This also lowers the stresses that are transferred to the hydraulic cylinders and components of the door and enables the door to seal weathertight.
Wayne Dalton Corp.
Wayne Dalton’s Model 464 garage doors are full-view glass doors without visible framework from the exterior. Large glass panels adhere to an aluminum structure. A flexible vinyl bottom seal helps prevent glass breakage and provides a weather barrier that helps deter dirt and other elements. The doors’ maximum width is 18 feet, 2 inches; maximum height is 14 feet, 1 inch.
