Etica Group designed a new metal roof for The Grand Hall at Westlake Gardens that goes over the existing asphalt shingle roof. Master Steel Roofing Inc. installed 22,715 square feet of McElroy Metal’s 138T standing seam roof system in Sherwin-Williams Coil and Extrusion Coatings’ (formerly Valspar Corp.) Fluropon PVDF Evergreen for the banquet and meeting venue. Elevated clips create above sheathing ventilation airspace between the existing material and metal panels. The roof-over project utilized welded aluminum curbs and came with a 20-year joint weather-tightness warranty. It was completed in October of 2016.
