Southern Aluminum Finishing Co. Inc. (SAF)

SAF’s Simple Fix Panel Replacement Kit replaces individual, damaged rainscreen panels without removing surrounding, undamaged panels. It works on SAF’s C4000 and M4000 Rainscreen Systems. Damaged panels are cut and removed without damaging adjacent panels. Reveal strips (if needed) and an adjustable frame are installed in the void. Adhesive is applied to the replacement panel and it is set onto the frame. Spacers are placed in the reveal joints to secure the panel while the adhesive cures.
