ADVANCED Architectural Sheet Metal offers downspouts, elbows, outlet tubes, end caps and gutter hangers. Downspouts and elbows are rollformed in 24-gauge and 0.032-inch aluminum in Kynar 500 colors, and 24-gauge Galvalume Plus. Outlet tubes (20-gauge steel or 0.04-inch aluminum) have large flanges, adjusted hole locations for fastening and no seams to prevent splitting. End caps fit inside gutters and are stamped in 24-gauge steel and 0.032-inch aluminum in Kynar 500 colors. Gutter hangers have rounded edges and are stamped with 16-gauge galvanized steel or 0.032-inch aluminum.

JL Industries’ Diamond Series Roof Hatch has a single-wall curb and counter-flashing with Diamond Grip that secures roof membranes without tools. The hatch is produced in 14-gauge galvanized steel with white, textured, powder-coat paint. It features a polyisocyanurate-insulated curb and cover with a thermal resistance of R-6. Springs are counterbalanced to comply with OSHA 1023 fall protection regulations for single-hand operation of latches from ladders.

LMCurbs’ aluminum roof hatches include weather-resistant gaskets and welded/mitered corners. The hatches use LMCurbs’ aluminum roof curbs and come with shock-absorbing cylinders and exterior T-handles with inside locking devices. The roof hatches have a 20-year roof curb warranty.

RCS – Roof Curb Systems’ 36-inch by 36-inch Roof Hatch’s sleeve-in design allows field flexibility in locating the opening direction. The unit can be rotated 90 or 180 degrees. The sleeve-in design also allows erectors to remove roof hatches separately from curbs during roof curb installations. The Roof Hatch has a 0.08-inch aluminum shell and integrates with metal buildings. It comes with the company’s TRAC Rail roof curb support system.

Thybar’s insulated metal building roof curbs are fabricated with 14-gauage and 18-gauge AZ-55 Galvalume and aluminum. They are fully compatible with Galvalume roof panels. The welded curbs have built-in diverters and conforming notches. Factory-installed rigid insulation is included.
