Shapiro Residence, Cornelia, Ga.

Owned by Robert and Teresa Shapiro, this residence features 47 squares of 16-inch, 24-gauge Medallion-Lok standing seam roof panels in Matte Black from McElroy Metal. The project's goal was to construct an architectural style home with a metal standing seam roof. The black color was chosen as it conceals the McElroy solar film on the roof.
